Returns & Exchanges
Please note that all purchases made through Soulysta are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or incorrect. Returned items must be in their original, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition. Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, designs, colors or change of mind.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Our Sale period are considered final sale.
Refunds
For defective or incorrect items, we will provide free return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund for the shipping fee. Please note that refunds for the cost of the item itself will only be processed if the item meets our return criteria.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
